A Gathering for Adults 26+
Thrive Adults: Faith, Fellowship, and Growth
Thrive Adults is a community for adults aged 26 and over who want to build genuine fellowship and grow in faith together alongside others in a similar stage of life.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WE MEET
Our gatherings are relaxed, welcoming, and faith-centred. They usually include:
• Prayer
• Conversation and connection
• A Bible-based theme or discussion
• Practical encouragement for everyday life and faith
• Time to reflect, share, and support one another
From time to time, we also host social gatherings (such as games nights or shared activities) to build friendships and enjoy community in a more informal setting.
You’re always welcome to engage at your own pace - listening is just as welcome as speaking.
WHEN WE MEET
Thrive Adults meets on selected dates rather than weekly.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to attend every gathering?
No — you’re welcome to come whenever you’re able. Each gathering stands on its own.
What if I’m new to church or faith?
You’re very welcome. Thrive Adults is designed to be a safe and supportive space for everyone.
What if I’m under 26?
Thrive Adults is mainly for those aged 26 and over, as there is already a group for ages 18–25. However, if you’re in a similar stage of life (for example post-graduate or working full-time) and feel this space would suit you, you’re very welcome to come along.

UPCOMING GATHERING
We’re taking a short break from our Time as God’s Gift series to unpack the powerful teaching that Mark Pugh shared at the ELS Conference: “Don’t Camp at the Edge of the Promise.”
The word felt incredibly timely for us as a church, and we thought it would be good to create space to slow down, reflect together, unpack some of the themes, and encourage one another honestly as adults walking with God through real life.
Sometimes fear doesn’t sound emotional. Sometimes it sounds wise, cautious, realistic, or responsible. And over time, we can quietly camp in places that were only meant to be temporary.
