Exeter Pastoral Lead

Rediscover Church is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pastoral Lead to join the leadership team of Rediscover. The role will develop, oversee, and expand the pastoral care ministry within the church. This role will be instrumental in helping to ensure that every member of the church family feels loved, supported, and cared for. They will also work alongside other departments to help each church member Connect with God and the Church community, Grow in their faith, and Reach their community through their grace and calling. The Pastoral Lead will help identify and activate the Shepherds in Rediscover Church and provide training and support to create a depth and quality of care for people in the day to day life of church and within our Connect Groups.

They will work closely with the Pastoral Team and Connect Group Coordinator, helping to foster strong community connections through connect groups. In addition, the Pastoral Lead will, collaborate with all departments to ensure all generations are cared for both spiritually and emotionally.
